From first call to first sweat.
Most other companies will sell you a kit and never show up on your property. We do every step with you, from picking the right model to handing over the keys.
Seven steps. Most projects take 4 to 8 weeks from first call to install, depending on model and season. Custom builds run longer.
Free consultation
Tell us about your space, your aesthetic, and how you want to use the sauna. We do these remotely or on site if you're not too far away. Property photos, sketches, or examples from online aid the conversation. Start with a call or email if you're looking for ideas or general info.
Most consultations take 30 to 45 minutes.
Choose your build
Prefab, custom, or somewhere in between. We walk you through styles and help you pick a footprint that fits your lot and the way you'll actually use it. Not sure? Renting first is a great way to see if you'll enjoy the investment.
Sauna rental costs made within the year of a sauna purchase are fully deducted from your purchase price!
Choose your heater
Electric or wood-fired, sized to your sauna's volume. Each has its own feel: electric is quick and convenient, wood is more ritual. We'll talk you through the trade-offs and recommend a specific model and kW output for your space.
Electric heater installations must be handled by a licensed electrician (we can help coordinate this if needed).
Choose add-ons & accessories
Cold plunge, outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, changeroom, signature benches, custom windows, roof options and more. Anything you want to make the experience one you'll always look forward to.
Accessories can be added later, but planning them now helps save money on shipping and installations.
Site selection & prep
Where exactly the sauna will live, and what's needed to get it ready. Building a solid/level base, electrical access if needed, delivery access, and other details. If you're located within a couple hours drive of our location, we can take all of this on for you, or coordinate with a contractor you already work with.
We'll tell you what works and what doesn't before any deposit changes hands.
Delivery & install
Depending on the sauna you select, either our install partners or our own team of carpenters will deliver and install on site, turn-key. We don't drop a kit on your driveway and disappear. Site is left clean, the sauna is positioned as instructed, and ready to fire up.
Leisurecraft sauna installs are $1,200 +HST. Some models (Jasper - from TNS) carry a higher install fee. Our custom saunas are either crane-in or built on site, depending on access.
Hand-off & ongoing support
We walk you through initial heat-up, safety, and maintenance. We will ensure you understand the warranty details and have an understanding of things to do (and not do) in the first month. Then we stay reachable. Need stain advice, sauna sealant tips, or replacement parts? Simply give us a call.
Most owners are using their sauna the day after we head out!
